Emissions-free fuel solutions

Burning fossil fuels contributes significantly to greenhouse gas emissions.
In contrast, the operation of cng vehicles can be achieved completely without harmful substances using hydrogen and biogas from regenerative energies. In general, hydrogen and biogas can be used to drive almost all types of transportation, such as cars, trucks, buses, trams and aeroplanes.

Groundbreaking E-Gas solutions

The E-Gas solution offers a suitable bridging technology for this energy transition.

Vehicles operated using biogas can already reduce CO2 emissions compared with petrol and diesel. Emissions when using biogas are approx. 25% less CO2 than petrol vehicles and approx. 80% less reactive hydrocarbons than diesel vehicles. By adding >20% hydrogen to biogas the various pollutant emissions (CO2, CO, HC, NOx, soot particles) can be reduced by another 20% to 60%.

This is where E-Gas comes into play. E-Gas is an artificially produced mixture of hydrogen and methane. Graforce can produce the hydrogen for E-Gas in a completely climate-neutral way - at a remarkably low cost. And since methane is the main component of Biogas, E-Gas can be used to fuel natural gas vehicles.
Alternatively, the majority of conventional petrol, and some diesel, engines can easily be retrofitted to run with E-Gas instead.

Our Plasmalyzers or our complete Power-to-Gas System for the production of the hydrogen or E-Gas required for this can be installed on-site at your location. The two materials are temporarily stored in the system and made available for vehicles as fuel.
